We had the BEST experience with our dog Bauer at PASE! We met with Dr. Kerns from the neurology team. He was so wonderful. His knowledge was evident in our conversations, but moreover, he was so thoughtful about making sure we as the pet owners knew how to manage our dogs epilepsy. He was thoughtful about the costs and time it can take to manage an epileptic dogs routine, and wanted to make sure going forward we balance caring for Bauer and not emptying our wallets. I loved his realistic approach that also focused on Bauer's longevity. I would recommend again and again! Thank you PASE and Dr. Kerns!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Krishnan and the entire team at PASE. Making the decision for Gary to have his eye removed was incredibly scary and emotional, but every single person made the process feel seamless, supported, and so much easier than we ever expected. From the front desk team who greeted us with kindness, to the assistants and nurses who treated Gary like he was their own, to the doctors who helped guide us through every step — everyone was exceptional. Dr. Krishnan took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable with the plan. Throughout the day, the team kept us updated and never left us wondering how Gary was doing, which meant more to us than they probably realize. Most importantly, Gary is doing AMAZING. He recovered so well, adapted better than we ever imagined, and best of all — he is now cancer free. Looking back, although it was a scary decision, it was absolutely the right one for him. We are beyond grateful to everyone at PASE for their compassion, communication, expertise, and the genuine care they showed our family. Thank you for taking such incredible care of our boy and helping give him many happy years ahead.

Dr. Guttin and nurse Christy from internal medicine were absolutely FANTASTIC. Dr. Guttin clearly spent a lot of time reviewing my dogs extensive history prior to my appointment and came with fantastic questions. She was extremely thorough and listened to everything i had concerns about. She also made sure to explain all my options and ultimately make the decision mine. She was kind, compassionate, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I had no hesitations leaving my dog there all day with the staff and would send any of my friends/ families pets there in a heart beat

PASE is amazing! I brough my 8 year old Doberman (Minna) in to find out why she seemd to be in alot of discomfort. They diagnosed via an xray that she had a twisted stomach (GDV). She would die within 24 hours if she didn't have emergency surgery. Complicating the issue, Minna has an enlarged heart (DCM) so surgery is extremely risky. They quickly assembled a board certified surgical team headed by Dr. Samuel. Dr. Samuel was the best! She explained all the issues to me and was extremely caring. The outcome....success!! 4 days after surgery, Minna is doing great! I am extremely thankful for the outcome. However, the reason I am reviewing their service is not 100% outcome driven. The staff at PASE is excellent and deserve recognition. Everyone there was so kind and professional. The front desk staff, the intake vet, the vet techs were all incredible. Special kudos to Erin and Dr. Samuel. I want to thank you all at PASE. Minna and I are so thankful for your empathy and love!

I brought my cat who unfortunately fell into congestive heart failure. I felt confident in his care of three overnight stays, mainly facilitated by Dr. Matula and Erin McCallion. With their constant messages and updates, I knew that my cat would be made comfortable and happy until he could get more specialized care elsewhere. PASE was also so wonderful with letting me see my cat at a moment’s notice! I would strongly refer any person or family dealing with a pet medical emergency to PASE. Without a doubt. Thank you for all you do, PASE.

I had to bring in my dog Rocco due to loosing movement in his back legs, my closest emergency hospital doesn’t have neurology on the weekend. This was my first time here at PASE around 4 weeks ago, I was nervous, but I would recommend them to anybody in need of urgent care for their pets. Dr. Kerns in neurology is trustworthy and really shows how much he cares. The staff that I met were all caring. I honestly never felt more comfortable leaving Rocco at a vet more than I did here. Thank you for taking care of my dog and being so informative on his situation.

We had to rush our cat in for emergency care after calling our primary vet who recommended PASE. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredible. Within a minute of our arrival, he was taken back for vitals which immediately reassured us that he was in good hands. Dr. Marshall checked in with us multiple times while they were running vitals and bloodwork, keeping us updated every step of the way. She was extremely thorough and made sure we fully understood what was happening so we could make informed decisions. She carefully talked through multiple care options, costs, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It truly felt like our cat was genuinely cared for, and the entire staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. The front desk team was also calm and friendly during a stressful time. We’re incredibly grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend them for emergency services. Thank you Dr. Marshall and the entire PASE team!

I am beyond impressed with the care and customer service at PASE! From the moment I called, I knew my fur baby was in good hands. The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. I had a million and one questions because I was so worried about my fur baby, Zoey, and she answered every single one with empathy, understanding, and reassurance. She truly helped put my mind at ease before we even arrived. Once we got there, the entire staff was just as amazing. Everyone was welcoming, caring, professional, and treated Zoey with so much love. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. I also appreciated that their pricing was fair and that they offer payment plan options, which can be such a relief during an unexpected emergency. The best part? Just as the doctor said, within about 30 minutes of treatment, Zoey was already starting to feel better. Seeing our happy, playful, tail-wagging baby return meant everything to our family. Thank you to everyone at PASE for taking such wonderful care of our precious Zoey. Your kindness, compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care will never be forgotten. We are beyond grateful. Y’ALL ROCK! 🫶🏾🐾❤️

This place is amazing, from the front desk, to the techs, to the drs. EVERYONE was so kind, knowledgeable, & sympathetic to our situation. We brought in our precious Turi & were immediately greeted with kindness, compassion, & humans who knew exactly what we were going through. We will forever be grateful for the exceptional care shown to our girl throughout this process, the extra time at home that allowed us to show her so much love, & the updates/communication/making us actually feel heard! Losing a pet is never an ideal situation & the staff at PASE made this experience bearable. Thank you♡♡♡

PASE has been so incredible through this tough journey. My dog came in paralyzed and we had been to multiple other hospitals fighting for answers and were only met with incompassionate workers who did not want to take the time to figure out what was going on. We were told just to put her down, that they didn’t have time, it wasn’t important, it wasn’t an emergency, etc. As a last resort, we were referred to PASE, and it was a breath of fresh air. The doctors took time to listen, answer questions, and make a plan tailored towards my dog’s health. I specifically want to recognize Dr Kerns, Steph in Neurology, Dr Zager, and the lovely receptionist Madz for being so kind and helpful through everything. They have shown so much compassion to my family and my pup and we couldn’t be more grateful for this wonderful team. Even though my dog may not ever recover from her injury, I have full confidence the PASE team did everything they could to give Tulip the best chance possible to walk again. On behalf of myself and Tulip, thank you all so much!
